      簡  歷:

    •     吉力力 阿不都外力,研究員、博士、博士生導師,中科院新疆生態與地理研究所黨委副書記、紀委書記。兼任中國科學院中亞生態與環境研究中心哈薩克斯坦分中心主任,中科院留學人員聯誼會(歐美同學會)副會長、海洋與生態環境專業委員會主任,中國地理學會理事、地緣政治專業委員會副主任,新疆地理學會副理事長、中亞區域地理專業委員會主任,新疆維吾爾自治區專家顧問團專家顧問,《干旱區地理》、《干旱區研究》、Journal of Arid Land、Arid ecosystems、 等國內外期刊編委。發表文章180余篇,其中第一作者或通訊作者發表SCI文章50余篇,出版專著10部,培養碩士、博士研究生43名。
      政協新疆維吾爾自治區第十屆、第十一屆委員、人口資源環境委員會委員。
      新疆維吾爾自治區第十三屆人大代表,第十三屆人大常委會委員、環境資源委員會委員。
       
      學習經歷:
      莫斯科大學地理系地理生態學博士(2001-2005)、新疆大學自然地理學學士(1981-1986); 
       
      工作經歷:
      1998-今:中國科學院新疆生態與地理研究所;期間 2001-2005:在俄羅斯莫斯科大學地理系學習,并獲得博士學位;1986-1998:中國科學院新疆地理研究所。

    • 主要從事干旱區資源環境、生態安全、景觀變化以及與俄羅斯和中亞國家的國際合作研究
